Head Cleaner / Founder
Success Cleaning.
In 2002 Asnaku came to Canada with aspirations of building a future. Along this journey she worked several jobs that eventually led her to founding Success Cleaning.
First, she obtained a job as a cleaner in a night club where she later became a bartender giving her excellent customer service experience. She later moved into the construction field where she would clean new condominium builds after construction to make the units move in ready. She was so successful in this field that she now, to this day will still do jobs for this construction company under success cleaning.
Eventually Asnaku would move on to a permanent cleaning company where she would spend the next 3 years building an outstanding reputation for attention to detail, and great customer service. Asnaku thrives on the feeling she receives when people see their homes and are over joyed with the visual presentation of their property. It is because of this feeling she knew right away this is what she wanted for her future and if she was to build a company this was it.
Asnaku founded Success Cleaning in 2016 and has built the company to where it is today simply by loving what she does and giving exceptional service that her clients brag about to their friends.
As Success Cleaning intends to make a hard push into 2021. We know that it is Asnaku’s passion and attention to detail that will ultimately ensure the growth for Success Cleaning in the GTA!
Drew Jarvis
Operations manager
Success Cleaning.
In Drew’s past career he occupied 3 roles that we feel make him a perfect fit for Success cleaning.
First, he started his career as operations manager for an executive rental company that catered to energy executives, actors, and athletes. These units were 100% inclusive with furniture, Internet, cable, all linens and toiletries and even up to and including changing a blown lightbulb in the middle of the night.
Because of his work in his role with executive rentals he was recruited by a company in Alberta that catered to energy (oil and gas) workers. In this role Drew managed 5 worker camps (remote hotels) consisting of over 2500 rooms. Drew overseen a team of housekeepers, janitors, maintenance professionals and kitchen staff, to ensure a clean comfortable and enjoyable stay for the working guest that occupied these camps.
After the drop in oil prices most of these camps closed forcing Drew to seek other employment where he was employed with one of North America’s largest property management companies. In this role Andrew managed 2 portfolios over a span of 6 years. The first portfolio was 15 properties consisting of over 700 units and the second and most recent portfolio was 25 properties consisting of over 1100 units in Fort McMurray. It was in this second role that Andrew achieved his greatest career accomplishment by being one of the key components in the clean up, rebuild and restart after the 2016 Fort McMurray fires.
As Drew is originally from the east side of Canada, he decided in 2018 (after being in Alberta for 8 years gaining experience) to move back east where he could spend time with family and friends here in the GTA.
Success Cleaning is proud and Thankful to have such industry experience to lead us into the next phase of our company, and to bring quality and efficient work to our clients.
